HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

Follow the easy steps to complete your purchase, and we’ll take care of the rest. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll prepare it and notify you when it’s on its way!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We typically ship orders within 1-3 business days. For orders within Belgium, delivery usually takes an additional 7-12 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK
It may take 1-3 days for tracking information to update in the courier’s system. If your tracking number still isn’t working after a few days, please contact the courier or reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in locating your package.
I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days (domestic), please contact our support team. We are here to help and will make sure to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
